Trespass Waivers

The purpose of the Trespass Waiver is to afford property owners the opportunity to pursue criminal charges against subjects trespassing on private property.  By signing the waiver and getting on our Trespass List, these property owners agree to post NoTrespass Signsin a clearly visible spot.  In turn, by having this sign posted, in concert with the Trespass List, the property owners grant law enforcement both permission and encouragement in confronting subjects actively trespassing on the property.

It is a requirement of the Trespass Waiver's signer (property owner) to assist law enforcement in prosecuting violators for the duration of the waiver (2 years)

After you have completed the waiver; fax, mail or hand-deliver the form to the police sector office where the business or property is located.
