The Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) is located at Holly’s House, 750 North Park Drive, Evansville, IN.

One investigator assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit is responsible for searching and investigating websites and identified offender’s computer files for evidence of child pornography and other sex crimes against juveniles.
What is considered a crime against a child over the internet?
Any viewing, downloading or sharing of pictures or video images of a child under the age of 18 that is engaging in a sex act or nude is illegal. Soliciting anyone under the age of 18 to perform in the nude or to engage in a sex act or certain computer chats of a sexual nature would also be criminal.
What is Holly’s House and where is it located?
Holly’s House is a child and adult Advocacy Center for victims of intimate crimes. It is a separate location from the Evansville Police Department. The advocacy center promotes a private environment where a victim can feel more comfortable and secure in answering questions.
